RECIPE: Good Morning Green Smoothie

Good morning green smoothie
 
A perfect blend of fruit, berries and greens to start your day.
 
Ingredients
 
200ml water
4 ripe bananas
Large handful of spinach
1 celery stalk
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
 
1. Toss in the blender and whizz it up!
